We build homes on earth, so we can point people to their eternal home.
Building houses for the poorest families around the world.
Home has an important place in our lives. It provides a foundation from which we can launch and explore life in all its rich variety and endless opportunities.
But, for many families in our world, these words are sadly not true. There are many reasons for this. One of those reasons is that families cannot afford adequate accommodation.
Why Homes?
As we seek to act justly, BUILD enables us to be the hands and feet of Jesus, proclaiming good news to the poor, and granting our neighbours their rights. Amor Europe is committed to building homes to help families stay together, that enable life to flourish as God designed.
"We know what real love is because Jesus gave up his life for us. So we also ought to give up our lives for our brothers and sisters. If someone has enough money to live well and sees a brother or sister in need but shows no compassion — how can God’s love be in that person?
Dear children, let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions. Our actions will show that we belong to the truth, so we will be confident when we stand before God."​
Learn to do good.

Help the oppressed.
Defend the cause of orphans.
Fight for the rights of widows.

These verses are 3 of over 2000 scripture references where we are called to serve the poor and seek justice, sharing the love of Christ. We are not called to look the other way when it comes to injustice, but to step in and help our brothers and sisters. This is one reason why BUILD exists.

BUILD expeditions are one practical way to act justly, showing God's love through simple, tangible acts of service that point directly to Him and His heart for serving the lost, broken, marginalised and oppressed. BUILD provides families in need with a house of hope. We remove the stress, worry and monetary cost of a house and basic safety needs and helping them to flourish in life as God designed.

Everyone deserves to have a safe and secure shelter for their life, to know they are loved, and most importantly to know that God the Father is someone Who is calling them home and to a life with Him. This is why we build homes for families in need around the world.
Our Locations & Partners
Two of Amor Europe's underpinning values are Local Relationships and Global Connections. BUILD would not be possible if it wasn’t for our fantastic partner organisations and local churches in our BUILD locations.
BUILD currently serves in Mexico, Moldova, and South Africa with strong in-country partnerships which we work alongside and serve.
Our partners are working permanently to serve their communities, whilst our visits are us temporarily operating as a tool in the hands of the local churches reaching out to their community. We serve each other with a mutual heart for God and His heart for justice and serving the lost.​

What is a BUILD Expedition?
BUILD expeditions are short term mission trips that that transform of lives of all involved. Our trips are roughly 9-11 unforgettable days long. Whether you are coming as a youth group, a church group, men or women we have a selection of trips which are life changing.
Our trips vary in group size, depending on location. The minimum number of people needed for a trip is 15. The minimum age for our trips also depends on location, the youngest person who can go on a trip is 13 years old.
A BUILD expedition goes further than building a home for a family in need. Whilst on the trip groups are emerged in local culture and cuisine, to accommodation to various cultural experiences, and spend time together growing individually and as a group as they reflect together daily, have fun and create life time memories with one another.
​Each trip has unique parts to it based on the location you are going to make the trip relevant to the country and allow our participants to learn more about the area they are working in.
At the end of the trip your group will take part in a hand over sermon, where you will hand over the keys to the families new home and new beginnings. This provides an opportunity to pray for the family and home, and point them to their eternal father who is calling them home.

At Amor Europe we offer trips for all demographics of people from youth trips, to Women’s and Men’s trips to school. Our trips can be suited around your groups' needs.
All BUILD expeditions price includes: flights, full insurance, mission material, accommodation, food, transport, any activities mentioned in program.
